She is 4 years and a distant cousin who lives very damaged and not his biological father and his brother, wild with my brothers. shes been sexually abused and was inclined to do more than survive. In Oklahoma and one of the worst regimes in the country that does not help DHS. Im so lost and need help knowing where to start, I was not the case with the DHS and I'll leave you not a decal please any suggestions or ideas would be of great benefit.

Get a test, why not hire a lawyer.
TEST ....... TEST ........ TEST ..... invites the child into his home for a weekend and talk ... Save everything that does not mean that your word, just make casual conversation, you'd be surprised at what you said a 4-year-old child! Just be careful what you ask, much less! Photos! detailed instructions! Date, time, names, etc ... make a child are entitled to medical care on a full inspection, tell the doctor what happened do you think will know the doctor! and report from there! BE NICE men, regardless of the smile and to Nice, you do not want to tip! I would say to see if you can get the child, then call and make dr. ..... then do the rest and to speak on the situation ..... how you will may need to seek professional help, the doctor will help you with all ..... Go in peace ...... God bless
